Yes, we can print on Bamboo, Cotton, Polyester, Cotton-polyester blend, Leather, Satin ,Linen,Denim,Silk,Lycra,Viscose & Wool etc..

What T-shirt brands do you currently offer?

All of our Products and Tshirts are manufactured by 99PRINTS as Blanks without any Branding. We apply the Merchant Branding Labels at a very minimal cost for all Merchants.

Do you offer Re-labeling?

Can you add my Brand Label Logo on the Products?

Yes, you can add your Brand Label Logo when you sign-up for a Merchant Account with 99PRINTS.

What are the Requirements for Brand Label Logo Design?

* Your Brand Label Logo should be in a Curved Vector File (*.Ai,*.Cdr,*.Pdf,*.Eps Formats)
* We accept only Single Colour in your Brand Labels
* We will print White and Black Labels and apply them on Contrast Fabric colours to achieve more Visiblity.
Note : All lighter shades of Garements will receive Black Colour Brand Labels & Dark Colour Fabrics with White Colour Labels.

Where Can I Check your My Stocks?

 

Login to your Merchant Panel --> Live Stocks Tab --> Select Any Style --> Click on Expand All, To See the Available Stocks per Colour and Size.

What are the Care instructions for Printed T-shirts?

All Products that are Manufactured, Printed & Drop Shipped by 99PRINTS will have a wash care instruction label on the side seams of the Garment.



Some of the Basic Care Instructions are as Below:
* Wash Before First Use
* Wash Inside Out
* Do Not Dry Clean
* Do Not Iron on Print
* Wash Dark Colours Separately
* Do Not Bleach
* Wash Below 35 'C
* Use Mild Detergents

How will I be notified, When there is change in the Product Price?

You will receive the price update email (Merchant Registered Email), When the product prices are updated.

How the Inventory to be maintained by 99PRINTS?

All products that are available in your merchant panel will be available all 365 days in a year. But if 99prints plans to discontinue a certain style you will be informed well in advance (around 2 weeks) before we run out of stocks.

Can I get Own branded Woven Fabric Neck labels on My T-shirts?

No, we will not be able to do that at the moment.

For Bulk Orders above 2000 tshirts, we will be able to provide woven brand labels.

How will you make Replacement in Terms of sizing issue for Knitted Apparels(T-shirts)?

Knitted Fabrics (T-shirts) are Elastic in nature, Hence we will make replacements if the Knitted Apparels (T-shirts) measurements are off by more than 4% of the specified measurements mentioned in Size Chart. 

Note : If the Measurements are off by less than 4% we will not be able to make replacements as it is the Industry Norms.

Is there Any setup fee for Opening a Merchant Account?

Yes, There is an Non-Refundable Advance of INR 15000 against Opening a Merchant Account. This is a one time Payment, no need to pay on a yearly basis.
The Reason we Charge For Opening a Merchant Account are:

1.To Setup your Company's Orders within our Factory with Our Production Team using New Production Procedures & Terms

2.To Develop, Print and Maintain a healthy stocks of your Brand Neck Labels well in Advance

3.To Develop & Maintain your Merchant Panel Software

4.To Maintain and Host All API's Data in Google Cloud Hosting and so on....

Note : The Advance payment of INR 15000/- against Account Opening, Cannot be used as credit against your Orders in Merchant Panel.

I do not have a programmer, can I use 99Prints to place Orders?

Yes, you don't have to be a programmer to place Orders, Designs, Check Stocks, Check your Bills, Product Costs etc and much more Using 99PRINTS Merchant Login.

My Order has been Shipped, But I am not able to Track the Airway bill number on the Courier Company Website?

Once your Order is shipped from our 99PRINTS Wearhouse , it takes upto 24 hrs for the data to appear in the courier companies website due to data entry delays.

Do your custom print products Or just Dropship them?

We manufacture our own T shirts and print using our Inhouse printing machines(DTG, Screen Pritning & Embrodery) and Drop Ship Worldwide. We do not have any third party suppliers as all of this is done under one 99PRINTS factory.

What kind of security does 99PRINTS use?

99PRINTS uses secured HTTPS secured browsing for merchant account access pages and PCI-Level 1 Certification (the highest standard for security available) for payment transactions using Payment Gateways like CCAVENUE and PayPal.

Can I use 99PRINTS services, if I already have an existing clothing line?

Yes, you can. 99PRINTS Drop Ship Model eliminates the Inventry based selling system, so you don't have to worry about low stocks or sold out popular design etc.If you are used to screen printing your best sellers and shipping them yourself, trying out new designs and filling inventory gaps with us help you make more profit. You can also order with us to fulfil your short term inventory gaps of your popular designs in terms of sold out emergencies. Never get stuck with dozens of shirts that aren't selling.

Is there any Company Registration Details Required for Opening Merchant Account?

A. For Domestic (Indian) Merchants:
You do not need any registration details at the time of opening a Merchant Account.
However, We Need the following details of your Registered company within 2 months of opening a merchant account:
* Company VAT /TIN Number (Tax Identification Number)
* Company PAN Number (Permanent Account Number)
* Company TAN Number (Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number)
* Company IEC Number (Import Export Code)
B. For International Merchant:
No documents and Registration Numbers are Needed.

 

What are the Requirements for Brand Label Logo Design?

* Your Brand Label Logo should be in a Curved Vector File (*.Ai,*.Cdr,*.Pdf,*.Eps Formats)

How to Print on a budget?

1) If you are looking at large volumes of Orders over 50 prints/design/t shirts you can consider screen printing as it economical and effective.So try to minimise the number of colours in a print in between 1 to 5 colours, and one colour print would be cheaper compared to a 5 colour print.
2) If you are looking at Print on Demand Orders with 1 qty/Design OR You need to print Digital Photos, we will have to use Direct to Garment Digital printers. Digtial printing prices are calculated based on the Print Area, so an A4 size print will cost half of an A3 size Print.

Can I Change the Product, Color,Size etc After Placing the Order?

Support Tab --> Search and Find the Orginal Order --> Order Status --> Click "Cancel & Redo Order" Button) If the tshirts are printed, you can still Cancel the order and create a new Replacement order as mentioned above, but your incorrect Order will be billed (Order Status: "Order Cancelled & Stocked & Billed") and Shipped to your Address

A) If the t shirts are not yet printed, you can cancel the order and create a new replacement order with correct data by searching your original order from the Merchant Panel --> Support Tab --> Search and Find the Orginal Order --> Order Status --> Click "Cancel & Redo Order" Button.


B) If the t shirts are printed, you can still Cancel the order and create a new Replacement order as mentioned above, but your incorrect Order will be billed (Order Status: "Order Cancelled & Stocked & Billed") and Shipped to your Address.

99PRINTS Merchant Account Registration Tutorial Video?

How long will digital prints on Tshirts Last on Washing /Laudring?

Digital printing will last for more than 30 Washes or more :

       1) On 100% Cotton there will be slight Fading on the first 5 washes.

       2) On 100% Polyester, there will be no Fading.

How to Create a Designs for 99PRINTS Merchant Panel?


Can I print copyrighted images?

We don't assume any responsibility for copyrighted designs sent to us to be printed. Before submitting a design to 99PRINTS, you need to make sure that you are authorised to manufacture products with that design. If you have obtained the right to print copyrighted images, scan it and send us a copy to info@99prints.in.

How can I create a Design mock-up on a Tshirt?

You can Create your Design mock-ups by downloading blank tshirt templates from your
Merchant Account Login --> Live Stocks --> Select a Product --> Click Expand All --> Download Product Images.
Once your Download the blank templates, you can place your designs on top of the blank tshirt templates where it needs to be printed (Using Adobe Photoshop or similar software) and you are ready to go.

Is there an ethics guideline that your enforce from not letting me Print and Ship certain T-shirts?

We will not print designs that are inappropriate and offend able like explicit graphic nudity, Designs against any religion or race etc.

Who owns the rights to the Art /Design I submit to DropShip DTG for printing?

You own the full exclusive rights to the your Art /Designs that you submit to 99PRINTS.
99PRINTS just has the rights to print those designs and drop ship them as specified by you.

We will not Copy or Share any of your Art /Design with anybody until you request us to do so.

Who owns the rights to the Art /Design I submit to 99PRINTS for printing?

You own the full exclusive rights to the your Art /Designs that you submit to 99PRINTS.
99PRINTS just has the rights to print those designs and drop ship them as specified by you.

We will not Copy or Share any of your Art /Design with anybody until you request us to do so.

Does 99PRINTS do Design / Art Creation?

Nope. We do not create Design /Art for you. If you have issues creating Design /Art, we suggest hiring a graphic designer or an artist to create your Design /Art.

Please make sure they are aware of our design requirements.

Design /Artwork Requirements?

Step 1: Work your Design files in CMYK Colour Format
Step 2: Set Image Resolution of 200 to 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch)
Step 3: Image Size should the approximate Original Print Size
   Eg: If a Print needs to printed in A4 size (ie 30 cm x 20 cm), the design file             should be of the same size
Step 4: Save the final design file in PNG (RGB Colour) format with transparent background

What do you mean by Active Design & Inactive Design?

A. Active Design: These Designs will be used for placing Orders
B. Inactive Designs: These Designs are made inactive and removed from Design list while placing New Orders

Note:
Inactive Designs will be deleted after it has spent 365 days in the Inactive Status.

Is there any separate design format for Screen Print & DTG Print?

A. Screen Print File Format :
A Vector Graphic File in *.cdr, *.ai,*.eps or *.pdf
B. Digital DTG Print File Format:
PNG File with transparent background, Image Resolution of 200 to 300 DPI with the file size same as the print size in centimeters.
C. For Both Screen and Digital Print:
A Vector Graphic File in *.cdr, *.ai,*.eps or *.pdf

What is the max file size limit that I can upload?

You can upload up to 20 MB for each image.

What do you mean by Design Download Link?

This is link where your Orginal Design Artwork will be available for Download. 99Prints uses this downloaded file for Printing.

How can I upload my designs to 99PRINTS?

What do you mean by Product Reference Design OR Mock-Up Image Link?

This is link where your Product Print /Application Placement Mock-up is available for Download to 99PRINTS. 99PRINTS uses this image as print reference

What does the Packing slip & Invoice look like?

Your Packing Slip & Invoice includes all the necessary Product Related & Shipping Related Information needed to Ship and Fullfil your Order.

Can I check the status of my orders?

Yes your can. By logging into your Merchant Account Link, your can track your Orders from Order Placement to Delivery.

If my customers chooses their Own Courier for shipping, do your also ship that order?

Yes, you can mention your Own Courier of choice at the time placing your order, but you have to arrange and follow the pick-up of that order from our 99PRINTS Warehouse at your end.

Where can I find the Shipping information for my orders?

You can find the Shipping Information of your orders by Logging into your Merchant Account  --> Support --> Home --> Orders Code --> Type and Find your Order Code --> In Order Detail Pop-up page --> Shipping Tab.

How are your products packaged for shipment?

Since we work with different products we use different packing standards. But as a Standard all Packages are water proof, Dust Proof and Tear Proof.


Packing Methods

Will you split an Order and ship in 2 or more different parts?

At the moment we do not do partial shipment of an order. We will ship the Order only when all the products are ready from our warehouse.

Can you include Custom messages / Special Instructions for Printed orders?

Yes, you can.
When you place an Order in you 99PRINTS Merchant Account --> Add Order Form, You will find a "Special Instructions Section"


Can I Change, Edit or Cancel an order that is already submitted?

Yes, you can Change, Edit or Cancel an order before the Order is being Shipped using your Merchant Account Login --> Support --> Home --> Orders Code --> Type and Find you Order Code --> In Order Detail Page, You will have the options to Cancel, Edit and Redo Orders.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes for International Shipments?

Shipments shipped outside INDIA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country.
If your Order was shipped using 99PRINTS logistics partners these customs fees will be handled and fully paid by 99PRINTS.

How to Place an Order in 99PRINTS Merchant Panel?

Any Discounts for High Volume Merchants?

Yes, when your monthly Order volume crosses 2500 Orders, you can contact us at info@99prints.in for price discounts.

Can I email you my orders?

No, You can place an Order with 99Prints using the two option as below:
1. Manually by using your "Add Order Form" in Your Merchant Panel
2. Automatically by using our "Add Order API", for API data please Check your Settings Tab in Merchant Panel or contact us at info@99prints.in

Can I do a rush order?

99PRINTS treats all Orders as Rush Orders.
But If there's an immediate need just drop an email to support@99prints.in.

How long does it take for my orders to be processed?

A. Generally for

  • Plain Tshirts with No Print                                                   : 2 days
  • Pre-Printed & Stocked Tshirts                                              : 2 days
  • Tshirts with Single (Front oR back) Print                             : 3 to 6 Days
  • Tshirts with Double (Front & Back) Prints                             : 4 to 7 Days
  • Tshirts With Triple (Front,Back & Sleeve) Prints                   : 5 To 8 Days

B. Courier Transit Time:

  • For Domestic (India) Orders                                                : 3 to 6 Days
  • For International Orders                                                      : 3 to 10 Days

Total Order Processing Time (A+B) From Order Placement to Delivery:

  • For Domestic (India) Orders                                                  : 6 to 10 Days
  • For International Orders                                                        : 7 to 14 Days

Note:
Production delays and Local holidays tend to happen sometimes and there will be some delays during such periods.If the delay last for than 48 hrs, we will inform all merchants in Advance.

What type of delivery options do you offer?

A. For Domestic(India) Deliveries:
* Pre-Paid Express Delivery
* Cash on Delivery (COD) or Paid by Customer During Delivery

B. For International Deliveries:
* Pre-Paid Express Delivery

Can I change an order that is already submitted?

You can change only the Shipping Details once an Order is Placed, but If you need to change the Product and Other Order Details, You can open the Original Order in you Merchant Panel and You can Cancel the Orginal Order and Make a replacement Order using "Cancel and Redo Order" button found in the Order Status Section in your Order Details Page.

Are there any import taxes, customs duties, or fees?

Shipments shipped outside INDIA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country.
If your Order was shipped using 99PRINTS logistics partners these customs fees will be handled and fully paid by 99PRINTS.

What do these Order Statuses Mean?

* Order Pending

The Order has some incorrect or missing data and it needs to corrected by the Merchant. Corrections can be made from "Support Tab---> Pending Orders"

If the Merchant has chosen his own courier which needs a pickup Manifest, this is the stage to Upload the the Print Manifest for those Order from your Merchant Panel under the Support Tab

Orders are packaged and ready to be handed over to the respective courier companies

 

* Order Processing - Awaiting Courier Data

Order has been handed over to the courier companies but the Order data has not been uploaded into the Courier Companies Database

 

* Order Shipped

Order has been Shipped and ready for tracking with the respective courier companies within the next 24 hrs

 

* Order Delivered

The Order has been delivered to the Customer



* Order Completed

Once an Order is Delivered to the Customer the Order will be moved to Order Completed after 14 Days

 

* Order Cancelled

The Order has been cancelled for processing from 99 PRINTS and there are no additional Charges

 

* Order Cancelled & Stocked & Billed

The Order has been Cancelled and you will be billed for products that has been Printed. We will not ship this order to your customers instead, we will return these Orders to our Merchant's Address.

 

* Order Being Return to 99INC

If the Order has failed delivery to the customer for various reasons, the Order will processed for return to 99 PRINTS

 

* Order Returned to 99INC

The Returned and Undelivered Orders have returned to 99PRINTS

 

* Order Re-Shipping Initiated

The undelivered and returned Orders has been processed for re-shipping to the customer

 

* Return to Merchant Initiated

The undelivered and returned Orders has been processed for re-shipping to the Merchant address provided in the Merchant Profile

 

* Returned to Merchant

The undelivered and returned Orders has been shipped to the Merchant address provided in the Merchant Profile

If I use my Own Courier, Can I Get Signed Manifest Copy from your end on a daily basis?

Can I Change the Product, Color,Size etc After Placing the Order?

Support Tab --> Search and Find the Orginal Order --> Order Status --> Click "Cancel & Redo Order" Button)

A) If the t shirts are not yet printed, you can cancel the order and create a new replacement order with correct data by searching your original order from the Merchant Panel --> Support Tab --> Search and Find the Orginal Order --> Order Status --> Click "Cancel & Redo Order" Button.


B) If the t shirts are printed, you can still Cancel the order and create a new Replacement order as mentioned above, but your incorrect Order will be billed (Order Status: "Order Cancelled & Stocked & Billed") and Shipped to your Address.

Can I use My Branded Packing Material?

Yes, You can send your own packaging materials to us and we will pack your order as per your instructions and ship them.

Note : Packing charges will vary depending upon your packing method.

Will I get a Compensation, If my Orders are Delayed more than Promised time in Production?

Yes, We will issue a refund for your Orders, if your Orders are delayed for more than 10 working days in Production.

Note: There will be Planned and Scheduled Maintanance once in two months, during which we will inform Our Merchants through email in advance on the production delay time. In such Cases the regular 10 days delay will be added to the Maintainance Period.

What will happen If an Order is Returned to 99PRINTS due to Non-Delivery to your Customer?

Once the Order Reaches 99PRINTS, this Order will be ready for Re-Shipping in Your Merchant Panel for 6 working Days.

Note : If you do not Re-Ship this Order within this timeframe, this Order will be returned to Your Address labelled as "RTN" Order.

What's the Different between RGB file & CMYK file?

  • Scanners, digital cameras and computer monitors use red, green and blue (RGB) light to display color.
  • Commercial printing presses print with cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) ink, called process printing.
  • 99PRINTS always Suggest you to use CMYK format files.

Do you have any color reference guidance for DTG Printing?

Can you print my Brand Neck Label on the Outer Back, Instead of the Inner Back of the Tshirt?

Yes, We can print your Brand Neck Label on the Outer Back Side of the Tshirt.

Note : We can either print on the Inner Back or the Outer Back of the Tshirt, But Printing on Both Sides is not possible due to Printing Limitations.

How do I Make payments to 99PRINTS Account?

You can make Payments to your 99PRINTS Account by Logging in your Merchant Account --> Billing Tab -- > Home Tab --> Make a Payment.
You make Payments through

A. For Domestic (Indian) Merchants Only
1. Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Trasfer and Mobile Payments using our CCAvenue payment Gateway
2. Direct Bank Trasfer to the Bank Accounts Mentioned in the same Page

B. For International Merchants Only
1. Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Trasfer and Mobile Payments using our PayPal payment Gateway
2. Direct Bank Trasfer to the Bank Accounts Mentioned in the same Page

Does 99PRINTS send a Invoice / Bill to my customers?

Your customers won't receive a Invoice /bill from us.
we bill everyday's shipped orders and the billed amount will be debited against your cash credits in your merchant account.

What about VAT & Sales Tax?

For Domestic (Indian) Merchants:
1. 5 % Sales Tax will be applicable for All Merchant
2. Sales tax will be reduced to 1 %,if C-Form is provided

For International Merchant:
1. There will be No Taxes on your Bills.

Can I Get My Outstanding Amount from the Merchant Account?

You can withdraw your Available Credit in your Merchant Account by writing an email to info@99prints.in
Your requested amount will be transferred within 2 to 5 working days + Bank Transfer Time.

Your Email Subject "Need to Withdraw Available Merchant Credit: Your Company Name".

Email Content Should Contain your Bank Details:
